| 摘 要： | 东北地区是我国水资源相对贫乏的地区,水资源短缺已成为东北老工业基地振兴的制约因素之一。为此,从本地区水资源条件出发,结合东北地区的社会经济发展目标,通过对当前水资源开发利用中存在的问题及未来水资源供需态势的分析,提出了相应的水资源可持续利用对策。

| Abstract: | Water resources is short in Northeast of China. Nowadays, under the new situation of vigorously develop the old industrial base of northeast region, the problem of water bottleneck in economic development must be resolved by the root in order to realize high-speed economic increasing.As a result, based on regional water resources situation and according to the economic and social goal of the Northeast of China,the paper analysizes the existing problems of water utilization and future trend of water supply and demand ,finally,the paper puts forward some countermesures for water sustainable development. |
