人口变动的空间分异及其规划学意义--以哈尔滨、伊春为例

全球化带来的广域竞争加剧了地区间的分化。对于这种区域格局变化的趋势可以从多方面加以考察，其中人口变化的空间分异是区域格局中此消彼涨变化的综合反映。此外，人口指标也是一个易获得、连续性好、相对精确、具有综合表征意义的指标。由于规划是预测发展趋势基础上的调控行为，因势利导地来促进城市区域的高级化发展，是规划的本质之一。人口变动的空间分异可以很好地反映城市和区域的分化和发展趋势，因而其规划学意义是显著的。文章以哈尔滨和伊春为例，通过对两地区内部各亚区和城镇人口变动空间分异情况的研究，提出有针对性的调控方略。

SPATIAL DIFFERENTIATION OF CHANGES OF POPULATION AND ITS LEARNED MEANING OF PLANNING:TAKING HARBIN AND YICHUN AS EXAMPLES

Globalization and following competitions in extensive regions aggravate area! split and polarization. This trend of changes of regional structure can be examined in several aspects, and the changes of distribution of population are comprehensive reflection of growth and decline in that process. In addition, population is also an easy getting, relatively accurate, continuous index with synthetical meaning. Planning is the behavior of adjustment and control on the basis of evolving trend prediction, and promoting the urban region to advanced stage according to circumstances is one of essential aspects of planning. The spatial differentiation of change of population can well reflect the division and developing trend of the city and region, therefore its learned meaning of planning is remarkable. This paper took Harbin and Yichun as examples, by analyzing their intra - regional spatial differentiation of changes of population, put forward some aiming strategy for development.
