武汉城市圈生产性服务业对制造业效率提升作用的实证

采用武汉城市圈9个城市2000--2009年的面板数据，并结合影响制造业效率的其他经济变量，运用计量模型检验了武汉城市圈生产性服务业对制造业效率的提升作用。结果表明：生产性服务业的发展对武汉城市圈制造业生产率具有明显的正向提升效应，资本有机构成提高对武汉城市圈制造业生产率也有明显的促进作用，但劳动者素质和技能水平及外商直接投资作用不明显。最后，提出了进一步增强生产性服务业对武汉城市圈制造业效率提升作用的政策建议。

Empirical Study on the Influence of Producer Services on Manufacturing of Wuhan City Circle

Based on the data of the nine cities of Wuhan city circle from 2000 to 2009,using panel model,and controlling other economic variables(i.e.organic composition of capital,the quality and skill level of work force and foreign direct investment),we tested the degree that the producer services enhance the productivity of the manufacturing industry.The empirical results show that the development of producer services has an obvious positive effect on the productivity of the manufacturing industry,besides organic composition of capital also enhances the productivity of the manufacturing industry evidently,however,the quality and skill level of work force as well as FDI don’t play a determinant role in process of enhancing the productivity of the manufacturing industry.Finally,we provide the corresponding countermeasures to enhance the productivity of the manufacturing industry through developing producer services.
