中国游艇制造企业区位特征研究

首先分析了中国游艇制造企业的区域宏观区位特征及城市微观区位特征,然后梳理出影响游艇制造企业布局的关键因素。研究发现,中国的游艇制造企业集中于三大经济区,尤其是广东、浙江、辽宁、江苏等沿海省份的沿海城市是游艇的重要集聚地。从微观区位的角度,近郊区和中心城区对于游艇企业布局有较强的吸引力,且呈现出显著的园区化特征。游艇企业布局的核心影响因素既包括自然地理环境、区域经济发展、船舶制造设施配套和区域游艇产业政策等传统因素,亦包括全球游艇市场生产网络及跨国游艇公司市场网络的新因素。

A Study Into the Layout of Chinese Yacht Manufacturing Enterprises in China

This paper analyzes characteristics of the macro and micro location about yacht manufacturing enterprises in China,and summarizes factors of the yacht manufacturing enterprises’ layout.The result shows that China’s yacht manufacturers cluster in three major economic zones,including the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,Shandong and Liaoning provinces,particularly in coastal cities of Guangdong,Zhejiang,Liaoning,Jiangsu and other coastal provinces.In the perspective of the micro location,downtown and suburban areas accommodate a number of yacht enterprises,with the significant feature of clustering in industrial zones.The location factors of the yacht business corporate include natural and geographical environment,regional economic development,ship building facilities,globalization and regional policy.
