湖南省非物质文化遗产的保护与地方性开发路径

在梳理湖南省非物质文化遗产现状的基础上,利用核密度分析法分别对国家级和省级非物质文化遗产项目的空间分布进行分析,探讨了当前非物质文化遗产保护存在的问题,并针对性提出了湖南省非物质文化遗产保护开发路径和对策建议。研究结论表明:①湖南省非物质文化遗产资源丰富,国家级和省级非物质文化遗产分别达到118和258项,主要集中分布在长株潭地区、常德市、吉首市和邵阳市等。②非物质文化遗产发展中存在一系列问题,如传承和保护困难,政府扶持力度有限和非遗开发主体矛盾等发展问题。③针对上述问题,提出了优化非遗旅游发展布局,活化非遗项目,丰富旅游开发模式和打造非遗品牌项目等保护和开发路径;开展非遗主体旅游规划,挖掘非遗潜在价值,分类开发有序推进和注重产权保护等具体对策建议。

Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage and Local Development Path in Hunan Province

The kernel analysis method was used to analyze the spatial distribution of national and provincial intangible cultural heritage projects,based on combing the status of intangible cultural heritage in Hunan Province.The problems existing in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Hunan Province are discussed,and the path of protection and development of intangible cultural heritage in Hunan Province is proposed.The conclusion is:1)Hunan Province is rich in intangible cultural heritage resources,with 118 and 258 national and provincial intangible cultural heritages respectively,which are mainly concentrated in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan,Changde,Jishou and Shaoyang.2)There are a series of problems in the development of intangible cultural heritage.Development issues such as difficulties in inheritance and protection,limited government support and contradictions in the development of intangible cultural heritage.3)In response to the above problems,measures such as optimizing the development layout of intangible cultural heritage tourism,activating intangible cultural heritage projects,optimizing tourism development models,and building intangible cultural heritage brand projects are proposed.It also puts forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions,such as carrying out the tourism planning of the main body of intangible cultural heritage in Hunan Province,excavating the potential value of intangible cultural heritage,promoting the classified development orderly and paying attention to the protection of property rights.With a view to providing experience and reference for the protection and sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage in Hunan Province and other regions.
