| 摘 要： | 参考国内外生态补偿机制的相关研究成果,针对广东生态发展区生态资源丰富、经济发展滞后、产业结构层次较低等基本情况,从理论角度、功能区划和科学发展观三方面分析建立生态补偿的必要性,从省政府角度、生态发展区角度、市政府角度和当地群众角度四方面,有针对性地提出广东生态发展区生态补偿机制建设对策。
