| 摘 要： | 土地流转是影响当前农村经济发展的一个突出问题,土地制度是破解我国"三农"难题的关键所在。研究和分析世界一些国家土地流转的成功经验与发展趋势,对于我国正确认识土地流转问题,更好地指导土地流转,破解我国"三农"难题,促进农村经济的发展与构建农村和谐社会具有重要意义。
