| 摘 要： | 湖南省城市化已进入快速发展阶段，小城镇将会得到迅速发展，本文分析了湖南省小城镇建设存在的问题，提出了小城镇健康发展必须选择合适的城市化道路，合理调整小城镇的规模结构，产业结构，强化规划建设管理工作。

| Abstract: | Urbanization has entered into rapid developmental stage. Small town will develop quickly. This essay analyses the problems of small town planning and construction in Hunan province. Small town develops in health depends that it selects the way of urbanization suitably, adjust it's scale and industrial structure reasonably, strengthen the government of planning and construction. |
