| 摘 要： | 通过对城市经营问题的分析，探索了对城市资源进行资本化经营的一种新的城市管理方式。目的是经营好城市资源，建立多渠道、多层次和多元化建设管理城市的新体制。文中论述了规划效益化、土地配置市场化、设施建设社会化、设施管理企业化、投资主体多元化、城市管理规范化等城市资本化经营的主要策略，并就城市资本化经营中应解决的问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the problems of urban management. Probing new urban management way of capitalization for city resources. Purpose meaning is to establishing the new financing systems through multiple channels and levels. In writing, has discussed major strategy and countermeasures such as planning benefits, market mechanism of land disposition, socialization and enterprise management of facilities construction, management standardization and diversity investment etc. Also made suggestion in some problems of operation. |
