| 摘 要： | 经济全球化背景下,农业国际竞争日益剧烈.除了粮食生产型态上有所转变,农村空间角色也应朝向多样化,甚至是可持续发展.在大量理解国内外文献资料的基础上,进一步提出多功能农业制度,检视我国农业目前发展情形.结果显示,我国农业仍处于中、低度多功能农业制度的发展,代表我国对于未来农业政策的发展,仍需继续改革,以期达到高度可持续发展的农业.
