金融地理学理论视角及中国金融地理研究

基于对国际文献和中国实际的了解和思考,从金融机构的空间结构、空间发展过程以及金融机构与环境的关系等方面分析了金融地理学的主要研究内容。主要理论问题包括地理存在论、金融变化的区域经济影响观点、区域金融系统演化模式、金融地理的路径依赖、金融全球化与地方关系等;在此基础上,从环境对金融地理影响、全球化与区域金融系统、行政格局与金融体系、金融系统与区域发展、金融企业地理5方面提出中国金融地理研究的切入点。

A THEORETICAL REVIEW OF FINANCIAL GEOGRAPHY AND STUDY OF FINANCIAL GEOGRAPHY IN CHINA

This paper reviews the recent developments of financial geography in the western world through two aspects.The first one is themes concerning financial institutions,including the locational characteristics of various financial institutions,the spatial systems of these institutions and their interactions,and the relationship between the institutions and regional development.The second one relates to the impact of various factors on financial geography,including the transition of government regulation,the technology changes,and the force of globalization.Among those researches,following theoretical topics can be summarized: a debate on whether geography still exists in financial locations,the impact of globalization on regional financial systems,the evolution of regional financial systems,and the path dependence and other mechanism in financial geography.By linking to the current situation in China,the paper suggests several important themes in financial geography.Particularly,the impact of special Chinese context on its financial geography,globalization and regional financial systems,the division of administration units and financial systems,financial systems and regional development,and the institutional geography need to be paid important attentions.
