科学发展观的地理学透视

科学发展观是可持续发展思想在中国的新发展。"统筹"的五个方面处于不同层次,人与自然和谐发展的统筹处于基础层次,决定了其他几个统筹的贯彻与落实;城乡发展的统筹、区域发展的统筹、国内发展和对外开放的统筹处于操作层次;经济社会发展的统筹处于目标层次。人地关系地域系统是地理学的研究核心,人地关系理论乃科学发展观的重要理论基础。地理学在"五个统筹"的各个层次均可发挥重要作用,地理学的发展对于科学发展观的贯彻与落实具有重大意义。

THE GEOGRAPHICAL PERSPECTIVE OF THE CONCEPTION OF SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENT

The conception of scientific development is the advancement of sustainable development thoughts in China. The aspects of "Five Unifications" find themselves on different levels. The unification of coordinative development of man and nature is on the basic level and it controls the other unifications. There are three unifications on the operative level. They are the unification of urban and rural development, the unification of regional development, the unification of development within our country and opening to the world. The unification of economy and society is on the object-oriented level. Man-earth areal system is the core of geographical study. The theory of man-earth relationship is the basic theory of the conception of scientific development. Geography plays important roles in every aspect of "Five Unifications". The geographical development has much significance in the fulfilling of the conception of scientific development.
