组建长沙特大中心城市的构想分析

基于长株潭城市群缺乏特大中心城市强大依托的困扰。文章主张把握中部地区城市群内适当调整行政区划的机遇,在湘江连接长江包括长沙、株洲、湘潭、岳阳四市的大河口地带,先一步组建形成统一的财政经济区,以财政利益一体化推进区域一体化,并最终争取国家批准为长沙大都市省会特大中心城市,以统筹城乡区域经济协调发展和加快湖南开放崛起与富民强省。

THE EMPRICAL STUCY OF THE FORMATION OF THE LARGE CENTRAL CITY OF CHANGSHA

In view of the lack of a strong central city of Changzhutan megalopolis,the article advocates to seize the opportunity of adjusting administrative divisions within the megalopolis of Central Area and construct the large capital city of Changsha,Zhuzhou,Xiangtan,Yueyang to form a unified financial economic area in estuary area of Xiangjiang River connecting Yangtze River.Thus,it can coordinate development of urban and rural regional economy and accelerate the rise of Hunan and enrich the people.
