| Abstract: | The foreign direct investment and outsourcing in the manufacturing industry of China have the function of improving the elasticity of labor demand in the manufacturing industry of China,which is realized through the two channels of substitution effect and output effect.The inflow of FDI and outsourcing may exert greater pressure on the laborers in the branches of the manufacturing industry of China through improving the elasticity of labor demand. |
