| Abstract: | After Chinese entrance into WTO, in order to raise the competition ability of state owned enterprise, we must pay more attention to train youth talent, establish a sound mechanism of talent cultivation and incitement, and strengthen the exploitation of youth talent resource, at the same time, governments at various levels should create favorable condition for talent resource exploitation of the state - owned enterprise. |
