浙江传统产业集群成长的社会网络机制

产业集群具有协同作用和集体效率两个本质特征。作者认为 ,“协同”与“集体”包含着丰富的社会学内容。社会网络作为联结地方不同的行为主体以及本地与其它地区的纽带 ,在地方成长路径中 ,有效地促使要素资源简单集聚转向结成地方生产网络 ,并进而向地方创新网络演进。尽管在产业集群的生命周期中 ,社会网络的作用强度呈现由成熟期之前的持续增强转向此后逐渐减弱的变化特征 ,然而它不能完全由市场机制所替代。在全球化的背景下 ,特定的社会结构仍然是构成地方能力的重要因素
