| 摘 要： | 经济全球化的背景下,我国的企业面临越来越大的竞争压力.因此,要求占据企业大多数的民营企业能适时、稳步地"走出去",即开展国际化经营.民营企业国际化经营,有利于国内产业结构升级改造,从而推动产业优化发展.基于民营企业整体上的弱质性,在其国际化经营过程中,需要政府进行多方面同时又合理地,即适时、适势、适度地予以扶持.

| Abstract: | The enterprises of China face more and more intensive competition with the globalization of economy,so most of our enterprises,i.e.civilian-run enterprises,should go into internationalized management in proper time with steady steps.The internationalized management of civilian-run enterprises is beneficial to the upgrading and reconstruction of domestic industrial structure and therefore promotes the optimal development of industries.Considering civilian-run enterprises' weakness in general,they need the support of the government in rational ways and in many aspects,that is,in proper time,in proper situation and moderately. |
