在资本的需求与运用的相关理论基础上,运用实证分析、定性和定量相结合等研究方法,分阶段分析了中小民营科技企业在初创阶段和成熟阶段对民间资本的需求状况.运用静态文献数据整理与动态调研相结合的方法,就民间资本构成进行逐项测算,对2007年的陕西省民间资本的供给量进行了估算.运用中小民营科技企业发展的生命周期理论,遵循其发展的特殊规律,对企业的融资需求特征进行规范化分析.此外,对中小民营科技企业在初创期和成熟期对民间资本的需求和运用中存在的问题进行了深入分析.最后对如何提高中小民营科技企业运用民间资本效率提出建议.
