中国城市化发展水平及省际差异

关于中国城市化的测度存在颇多争论，关于中国城市化与工业化的关系也存在不同意见，本文试图就这两点争论提出自己的判断，并以此为据，对被学者们忽视的中国城市化水平的省际差异进行详细分析。另外，在谈论城市化水平的发展程度时，人们往往只注重绝对的城市化率，忽略了城市化的发展速度。我们认为将二者综合起来考虑，并将其应用于中国及各省区城市化水平的分析，才能得出更为科学的结论，用非农就业比重与城市化比较分析城市化发展水平更为科学。

Provincial Differences in China's Urbanization

The paper puts forwards the points on the arguments on the calculation of China's urbanization level and the relationship between China 's urbanization and industrialization. Based on this, the author analyses the different urbanization levels in different provinces of China, which is neglected by many scholars. When it comes to urbanization level people often pay more attention to absolute urbanization rate, but not highlights urbanization pace. The writer attempts to use both indexes to examine China's urbanization level. In addition, non-agricultural employment proportion is used to analyze the relationship between urbanization and industrialization as a new try.
