民营企业员工工作满意度研究

摘    要:以河南省神鹏股份有限公司等7家民营企业的210名普通员工为调查对象,借助Excel统计软件,对人格特征与工作满意度进行了统计和分析。调查得出的初步结论如下:员工类型对工作满意度的影响是可以肯定的,但具体的影响要具体分析,不能一概而论。

Abstract:Based on a survey of 210 staff members in seven private enterprises(such as Henan Shenpeng Joint- stock Limited Company), using the Excel statistic software, we count and analyze their personal characteristics and degree of job satisfaction. The following is drawn from the investigation :it is certain that the type of staff will influence the degree of job satisfaction, yet the concrete effect should be analyzed in different circumstances.
