| Abstract: | Informationalization, urbanization and economic globalization have become three main trends in the 21st Century. Informationalization is a revolution in technology and management mechanism. In the transition from industrial society to information age, informationalization becomes a necessary choice in improving urban synthetic competitiveness. The coordinating development of urbanization and informationalization has become an important standard to testify the synthetic capability of a city and is for sure to become an engine of economic growth. |
