| 摘 要： | 劳动、资本、技术和管理等生产要素按贡献参与分配，初次分配注重效率、再分配注重公平。这是十六大报告对社会主义分配理论的创新和发展，也是对马克思劳动价值的创新和发展，符合现代市场经济的客观规律，有利于实现按劳分配与按生产要素分配、公平与效率的有机结合。

| Abstract: | Productive factors such as labor, capital, technology and management participate in distribution according to contribution respectively; the primary distribution pays attention to efficiency, and the second distribution pays attention to imparity. It is the innovation and development of socialism distribution theory in the 16th congress and Marx labor value theory. It is helpful to realize the organic integration of distribution according to work and productive factors, imparity and efficiency. |
