摘    要:经济全球化是当今世界的时代特征和不可逆转的发展潮流。随着经济全球化趋势的不断加强,特别是中国加入WTO之后,企业面临的来自国际、国内的竞争将日趋激烈,而这种竞争的胜负,将最终取决于人才的数量和质量。经济全球化既为企业人才战略的实施带来了机遇,也带来了挑战。应对挑战,企业必须树立正确的人才观;做好人才战略规则;提升企业文化的内涵;建立正确的用人机制;努力建构学习型企业。

Abstract:Economic globalization is the times feature and irreversible development trend of present world. With the enhancement of economic globalization tendency, especially after Chinese entrance into WTO, the competition from world and home will become intense day by day, and the victory or failure of competition will depend on quality and the quantity of talent eventually. So enterprise must set up correct talent view, make sound talent strategic rule, promote the corporate culture connotation, establish a correct employment mechanism, and build study- type enterprise.
