| 摘 要： | 在草地生态严重退化的情况下,很多牧区启动了游牧人口定居工程,因地制宜地运行相宜的定居机制是保证工程效应发挥的关键之一.本文提出甘南游牧人口定居的机制应当是由存在紧密逻辑关系的动力、运行、稳定和效益等四大机制共同组成的完整的机制体系.
