| 摘 要： | 作为同样具有管理过程、服务性质的高职院校，引入ISO9000族标准具有现实的必要性和可行性。按照标准要求构建教育务质量体系，既要体现ISO质量管理体系的规范性，又要突出职业教育的特点，科学辨证地看待ISO质量管理体系在高职院校管理中的应用。
