我国人才测评专业人才的胜任力与培养机制研究

摘    要:笔者构建了我国人才测评专业人才胜任力模型并进行了实证研究,发现我国人才测评专业人才胜任力包括职业道德、专业知识和操作技能3个维度共计17个指标;进而有针对性地提出了加强人才测评专业人才培养机制建设的具体措施,包括多专业、分层次的人才培养模式与理论研究机制以及多行业、分等级的资格管理模式与实践培训机制。

Abstract:The authors constructed a model for studying the competence of talent assessment professionals of and made an empirical research,finding that the competence of talent assessment professionals of our country consists of the three dimensions professional ethics,professional knowledge and professional skills and 17 indicators.Then the authors put forward the specific measures to strengthen the construction of training mechanism for talent assessment professionals,which involve multi-disciplinary,multi-level training model,theoretical study mechanism,multi-sector,multi-grade qualification management mode and practical training mechanisms.
