制度、企业家精神与中国经济增长动力的再检验

通过省际面板数据,笔者探讨了制度和企业家精神对我国区域经济增长的直接和间接影响。结果表明,首先,制度改革以及企业家精神不仅通过影响技术进步而直接影响我国长期经济增长,而且通过影响资本、劳动力、人力资本配置效率的途径影响我国当期经济增长;其次,2000年～2008年期间,东部地区制度改进的影响主要表现为对技术进步的推动,而在中西部地区则主要表现为对增长要素配置效率的提升。另外,制度对企业家精神的决定性作用也在研究中得到了验证。

Re-inspection of Institution, Entrepreneurship and Impetus of Chinese Economic Growth

Based on the provincial panel date,the authors explored the direct and indirect effects of institution and entrepreneurship on the regional economic growth of our country.The results show,first,institutional reform and entrepreneurship not only have impact on the long-term economic growth of our country through promoting technological progress but also influence the current economic growth by affecting capital,labor,allocation efficiency of human capital;then,during 2000-2008,the influence of institutional improvement in the eastern area is mainly shown in the promotion of technological progress whereas it is shown in the enhancement of the growth factor allocation efficiency.Furthermore,the decisive impact of institution on entrepreneurship is also verified in the paper.
