Cyclic Economy: a Systematic Project from Ideal to Reality

The transition from traditional industrial economy to cyclic economy is not only the change of economic form but also the deep cultural and social change. The evolution of economic pattern is affected by the natural factor select and artificial factor select at the same time. Natural select only offers the possibility and necessity for economic transition, but the artificial select factors, such as institutions and idea et al. , decide if the possibility and necessity can become reality. In this article, we discuss the systematic conditions for the foundation and development of cyclic economy from the angle of economic pattern evolvement and from the three aspects of technology, institution and conception in order to make cyclic economy theory more pertinent and maneuverable.
