| 摘 要： | 城市快速发展需要大量资金,传统的筹资方式已经不能适应发展的实际情况,本文着重介绍了在城市经营中,利用经营城市土地,推进基础设施市场化,以及在资本市场上通过外资来筹集资金的思路、方法,并且分析了筹资中出现的常见问题,提出了城市经营中筹资问题的具体建议。

| Abstract: | A great deal of money is needed for the quick development of cities,and the traditional ways of financing can not fit the reality of development.In this paper,some ideas and ways are introduced,including management of land,liberalization of infrastructure,utilization of foreign capital in the capital market.Then the author analyzes the problems that often arise in financing and puts forward corresponding suggestions. |
