| 摘 要： | 我们依据系统论的观点，从供应链组织结构的角度对供应链中存在的牛鞭效应进行了深入分析，提出以供应链的基本组成单位流程为划分标准的三种不同供应链的组织结构：完全一体化供应链、独立决策供应链以及部分合作供应链。分析了它们对内部流程的不同控制和决策方式而形成的不同决策结构和信息结构，并分析了不同组织结构对牛鞭效应的影响。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the system theory, the paper makes a deep analysis on the bullwhip effect from the perspective of supply chain structure. Classified by internal basic component, it puts forwards three organizational structures: integrated, independent and collaborated. Then the author analyzes the differences in decision structure and information structure in the three different organizational structures. |
