| 摘 要： | 在最近十年的现实经济生活中,实体经济与虚拟经济,实体资本与虚拟资本的相互作用和波动,引起了中国非主流经济学家的高度关注和积极的研究.从经济哲学的视角来看,这些非主流经济学家的研究蕴含着中国古代先哲们"道"哲学的隐喻,正朝着"道"哲学所持的价值观与方法论的方向发展变化.中国的学者在过去的十年中,已经感悟到现代经济学的"根"与中国古代"道"的哲学关联,而本文试用中国古代"道"的哲学对作者近年提出的"资本三要素"及其构成作一个新的探索,提出了当代"资本分界"问题,并用"资本‘阴阳'结构模型"和"资本太极图"对当代实体资本和虚拟资本的结构及其资本循环作了探索性阐释.
