| 摘 要： | 中国经济的成功与其采取的独特经济发展模式有关,这些模式概括为四个方面:增长优先、沿海先行、投资驱动和出口鼓励。这种模式在产生巨大成功的同时也带来了严重的问题,因此在新的历史阶段,这种发展模式必须转变:增长优先型应转为增长与公平并重,沿海先行转为平衡增长,投资驱动转为消费驱动,出口鼓励转为出口中性。实现模式转换需要树立科学发展观的理念,抛弃增长中心主义的思路,加快体制改革步伐和实施新的政绩考核体系。
