| 摘 要： | 人力资源是经济发展的决定性因素,两岸四地人力资源开发合作与经济发展的互补性和可行性强,加强人力资源开发合作,对两岸四地均有益处,最终有利于促进中华区域经济的发展。两岸四地人力资源开发合作,可以从民间到政府、行动到制度等全方位进行。

| Abstract: | The human resource is the decisive factor of developing economy, four districts of Cross-Straits human resource developing cooperation and economy developing can benefit each other and feasibility?And enhance the human resource developing cooperation, and all beneficial to four districts of Cross-straits, in end benefit to promote China district economy. Four districts of Cross- the straits human resource develop the cooperation, and can completely cooperate from the act to the system, from folks to the government and so on. |
