新中国成立70年农民综合满意度研究——来自安徽省桐城市范岗镇的经验证据

基于安徽省桐城市范岗镇入户调查的一手数据,本文选取产业发展、农村劳动力就业非农化、农民收入差距等指标,控制农民个体特征,使用Probit模型探讨农民对新中国成立以来成就综合满意度的影响因素。研究发现:(1)农民对新中国成立以来成就的综合满意度高,满意农户比例高达94. 70%;(2)产业发展、农村劳动力就业非农化、教育发展、居住条件改善、出行条件优化,显著增强农民综合满意度;(3)农民收入差距扩大、医疗负担加重和环境污染恶化等问题的存在,显著降低农民综合满意度;(4)就个体特征而言,相较于女性,男性的综合满意度较高;相较于60岁及以下农民而言,60岁以上的农民综合满意度较高。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Farmers’ Comprehensive Satisfaction Since the Foundation of PRC——EmpiricalAnalysisBased onFangang Town,Tongcheng City,Anhui Province

Based on the first-hand data of household surveys in Fangang Town,Tongcheng City,AnhuiProvince,this paperuses Probit model to explore the factors influencingfarmers’ comprehensive satisfaction with the achievementssince the foundation of PRC( 1949-2019),including industrial development,non-agricultural employment of rural labor force,income gap of farmers. The results show that( 1) Farmers are generally satisfied with the achievements since the foundation of PRC,accounting for 94.70% of the sample.( 2) Industrial development,nonagricultural employment of rural labor force,educational development,improvement of living conditions and optimization of travel conditions have significantly improved the comprehensive satisfaction of farmers.( 3) The existence of problems such as widening income gap,increasing medical burden and worsening environmental pollution significantly reduced the comprehensive satisfaction of farmers.( 4) In terms of individual characteristics,compared tofemales,males’ comprehensive satisfaction is higher;compared to farmers aged 60 and below,the comprehensive satisfaction of farmers over 60 years old is higher. Accordingly,this study puts forward some policy implications toimprove farmers’ comprehensive satisfaction.
