河南省新型农业经营主体培育影响因素研究

目的]通过分析河南省新型农业经营主体培育的影响因素及其相互作用程度，旨在为河南省新型农业经营主体培育和农业经济发展提供思路。方法]文章运用DEMATEL方法对河南省新型农业经营主体培育的影响因素进行定性识别，在此基础上，利用模糊综合评价模型对其进行定量评价。结果]准则层中的社会服务体系是河南省新型农业经营主体培育的主导因素。指标层中，原因因素以信息服务体系、金融服务体系、融资渠道3种因素对其具有直接的影响力；结果因素以农村转移就业人数、特色农业种植、病虫害防治技术、生产施肥技术等比较容易受其他因素影响。河南省新型农业经营主体培育绩效属于中等水平，且有较大提升空间；其中，新型农业经营主体辐射带动性为良好，社会服务体系、经营主体技术水平、新型农业经营主体带动效益均为中等水平。结论]现阶段河南省新型农业经营主体中的社会服务体系贡献率相对较低，社会化和组织化水平以及农村金融服务体系依旧是河南省新型农业经营主体培育的短板，因此，提升以信息、金融为主的农业社会服务水平，对河南省新型农业经营主体培育将具有重要的推动作用。

STUDY ON THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF THE CULTIVATION OF NEW AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT MAIN BODY IN HENAN PROVINCE

This paper aims to provide ideas for the cultivation of new agricultural management entities and the development of agricultural economy in Henan province by analyzing the influencing factors and their interaction degree of the cultivation of new agricultural management entities in Henan province. The DEMATEL method was used to qualitatively identify the influencing factors of the cultivation of new agricultural management entities in Henan province, and on this basis, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to quantitatively evaluate them. The results were listed as follows. The social service system in the criterion layer was the leading factor for the cultivation of new agricultural management entities in Henan province. In the indicator layer, the causal factors were directly influenced by the information service system, the financial service system, and the financing channels; the result factors such as were the number of rural jobs transferred, characteristic agricultural planting, pest control technology, production and fertilization technology, etc. were more vulnerable to other factors. The cultivation performance of new agricultural business entities in Henan province was at a medium level, and there was a lot of room for improvement; among them, the radiation and driving force of new agricultural business entities was good, and the social service system, the technical level of business entities, and the driving benefits of new agricultural business entities were all at a medium level. In summary, at this stage, the contribution rate of the social service system among the new agricultural management entities in Henan province is relatively low. The level of socialization and organization, as well as the rural financial service system are still the shortcomings of the cultivation of new agricultural management entities in Henan province. The level of agricultural social services mainly based on information and finance will play an important role in promoting the cultivation of new agricultural management entities in Henan province.
