江苏省区域农业竞争力比较研究

目的]农业竞争力是衡量一个地区农业发展水平的重要指标。分析江苏省区域农业竞争力的变化及影响因素,提出促进江苏省农业高质量发展的对策建议。方法]文章选取江苏省13个地级市作为横向比较对象,以2002年、2007年、2012年和2017年的数据为纵向分析的依据,运用因子分析法,评价了江苏省各地级市农业竞争力水平;结合空间插值效果图,分析江苏省农业竞争力的时空变化。结果]江苏省农业竞争力水平总体上呈上升趋势,但无锡市、常州市农业竞争力综合得分有所下降;苏北地区农业竞争力高于苏南地区且差距增大,地域分布呈现两极化集聚的态势,逐步形成苏北地区农业优势地带与苏南地区农业弱势地带。农业资源禀赋水平、农业生产现代化水平、农业经营主体状况和农村经济发展水平等要素影响江苏省农业竞争力的提高。结论]苏北地区应在保持现有优势的基础上,结合乡村振兴战略的实施,加大农业发展的投入,进一步提高地区农业竞争力;苏南地区的首要目标应是确保农业资源量的稳定和质的提升,保证农业竞争力的稳定。

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF REGIONAL AGRICULTURAL COMPETITIVENESS IN JIANGSU PROVINCE

Agricultural competitiveness reflects the level of agricultural development in a region. The changes and influencing factors of regional agricultural competitiveness in Jiangsu province are analyzed, and the countermeasure for promoting high-quality development of agriculture is put forward. This paper utilized factor analysis to analyze the agricultural competitiveness level of 13 cities in Jiangsu province based on the data in 2002, 2007, 2012 and 2017, and the spatial-temporal changes of agricultural competitiveness in Jiangsu province were also analyzed by using spatial interpolation effect diagram. The results showed that agricultural competitiveness level was generally on the rise in Jiangsu province, but the comprehensive scores of Wuxi city and Changzhou city were declined. The agricultural competitiveness of northern Jiangsu was higher than that of southern Jiangsu and the gap between northern and southern Jiangsu had been widened. The geographical distribution presented a trend of centralization, gradually forming the agricultural advantaged zone in northern Jiangsu and the disadvantaged zone in southern Jiangsu. The improvement of agricultural competitiveness in Jiangsu province was influenced by factors such as agricultural resource endowment, agricultural production modernization, agricultural management, and rural economic development. Therefore, the northern Jiangsu areas should increase agricultural development investment in combination with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and further improve the regional agricultural competitiveness. Moreover, ensuring the stability and quality of agricultural resources is the primary goal of the southern Jiangsu areas, which guarantees the stability of agricultural competitiveness.
