摘    要:文章以四川省21个市(州)为研究对象,基于最小人均耕地面积和压力指数模型,对1990~2008年四川省及其21个市(州)的耕地压力进行了测算,并对压力等级进行了评价。研究结果显示,四川省的耕地压力时空变化情况大致可以分为3个阶段:1990~1994年耕地压力指数缓慢上升,1995~1999年耕地压力指数持续下降,2000~2008年耕地压力指数波浪式上升;各市(州)间差异显著,除宜宾市和凉山州外,压力指数都在增加;多数市(州)压力等级处于明显区,耕地压力较大;耕地压力较大的区域主要分布在人口密度大、经济发展较快、农业基础设施薄弱和耕地综合生产能力低的地区。在以上基础上提出了相应的建议以保障四川省粮食安全。

Abstract:Taking 21 cities of Sichuan province as the research object,this paper selected the minimum cropland average per capita and cropland pressure index model to analyze the pressure index of arable land(PIA) in each city of Sichuan province from 1990 to 2008,and evaluated the level of PIA in each city.The results showed that the temporal spatial change of PIA in Sichuan province can be divided into three stages: 1990-1994 the PIA slowly increase,1995~1999 the PIA continuously decline,2000~2008 the PIA wavelike rise.The PIA varied and increased in cities except Yibin and Liangshan city.The regions with higher PIA mainly distributed in the areas with larger population density,rapid economic development,poor agricultural infrastructure,and low productivity farmland.Based on the above analysis,some suggestions for reducing the pressure and ensuring the food security in Sichuan Province were proposed.
