新农村建设视角下的乡村旅游发展因素及其评价

目的]改革开放以来,乡村旅游业迅速发展,社会主义新农村建设中提出大力乡村旅游,但发展结构单一、建筑资金不足、资源浪费等许多问题对新农村建设发展乡村旅游造成了一定程度的阻碍,因此在此背景下对其因素分析势在必行。方法]通过查阅文献及对专家问卷调查等方法,对乡村旅游发展中存在的一些问题进行分析研究。应用物元模型多层次地分析乡村旅游现状,通过对指标体系的评价探讨乡村旅游业存在的问题及需要改善的方面。结果]当前乡村旅游发展等级为3级,发展趋势一般,仍有很大的提升空间。且资源、环境及开发3个指标中自然资源在乡村旅游发展中起着重要作用,发展旅游的同时环境保护也是不可忽略的重要组成部分。结论]文章基于物元模型及评价体系清楚地分析了当前乡村旅游发展的因素主要是乡村自然资源,全面提升我国社会主义新农村建设,必须加快乡村旅游发展的步伐。

RURAL TOURISM DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE NEW RURAL CONSTRUCTION

Since the reform and opening, the rural tourism develops quickly. However, these problems, such as a single structure, insufficient construction funds, and resources waste, hinder the rural tourism development. This paper analyzed the current situation of the development of rural tourism using the methods of literature and expert questionnaire, pointed out some problems in the development of rural tourism, and discussed the improvement ways applying multilevel matter-element model. The results showed that natural resources played an important role in the development of rural tourism. It was important to protect the environment while developing the tourism. Finally, it put forward some feasible suggestions to ensure the healthy and rapid development of rural tourism, speed up the rural tourism development, and improve the level of the socialist new rural construction in China.
