天峻县草地经济可持续发展战略思考

针对天峻县草地资源经济性能和生态特点,认为其草地经济发展应以草地畜牧业为基础,积极开展草原旅游、建设野生动物园、开发冬虫夏草、红景天等高级滋补品和中药材等,发展特色产业,营造业一为主多业并进的产业格局;因地制宜,建立草地利用科学化,草地经营多元化,资源开发高效化的草地资源经营管理机制,规范农牧业经济发展秩序,提升草地资源经营水平,实现草地经济跨越式发展。完善草地生态系统组织机制,加强草地资源保护,积极协调人与自然关系,建设草地生态友好环境;以草地科技作支撑,高起点,立体化,建立和完善草地经济发展体系,实现草地资源可持续利用,草地增效,牧民增收,建设社会主义新牧区。

In view of the economic performance and ecological characteristics of grassland resources in Tianjun County,the economic development should create a multi-industry industrial pattern to actively develop prairie tourism based on grassland animal husbandry,construct wildlife zoo,develop cordyceps sinensis,rhodiola and chinese herbal medicines and other senior tonic;according local conditions establish grassland resource management mechanism to promote grassland resource management,regulate the order of economic development about agriculture and animal husbandry,realize leap development of the grassland;Improve the grassland ecosystem organization mechanism to enhance the protection of grassland resources,actively coordinate relationship between man and nature,to built eco-friendly environment;Establish and perfect the system of grassland economic development with grassland science and technology as a support,to achieve sustainable use of grassland resources,increase farmers income and build a socialist new pastoral areas.
