全产业链模式推动我国乡村全域旅游发展研究

目的]从乡村旅游产业、旅游资源及村民参与等3个层面全面探讨全产业链模式对乡村全域旅游发展的推动作用,以期为我国乡村旅游事业的发展提供参考和借鉴。方法]文章采用实地调查法和查阅资料法,分析研究2012~2016年间我国乡村全域旅游的发展趋势、全产业链模式及其在旅游上的优势以及全产业链模式对我国乡村全域旅游发展的推动作用。结果]2012~2016年,我国乡村旅游业年接待游客人数、营业收入及受益农民总体呈现逐年递增的趋势,增幅分别为425%、375%及213%,增幅巨大。全产业链模式使乡村旅游产业得到融合发展,产业链进一步延长,带动区域经济持续增长;使产业链上各个环节的范围不断扩大形成规模,实现全区域协调共同发展,推进该地区旅游资源整合;使农村的产业结构得到了调整和升级,而且在这一过程中,大量村民在利益的驱使下开始改造自家住房结合当地特色兴建民宿,参与本村旅游业的建设和发展,这也是推动全民参与旅游业的一种形式。结论]目前我国乡村旅游已进入快速发展期,年接待游客量、营业额和受益农民都在快速增长,发展势头良好。在乡村全域旅游中发展全产业链模式,对于旅游产业增值和产业融合、各环节无缝对接和旅游资源整合以及调整农村产业构造和优化产业升级、推动全民参与经营等都具有良好的推动作用,有利于乡村旅游业的发展和壮大,值得进一步推广。

THE WHOLE INDUSTRY CHAIN MODEL TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL GLOBAL TOURISM IN CHINA

Based on the previous research, this paper comprehensively explored the role of the whole industry chain model in the development of rural tourism from the three aspects of rural tourism industry, tourism resources and villagers′participation, so as to provide reference for the development of rural tourism in China. The field sur-vey method and access to information method were used to analyze the development trend of China′s rural tourism in five years from 2012 to 2016, pointed out the whole industry chain model and its advantages in tourism, and as-sessed the effect of the whole industry chain model on the development of rural global tourism in China. The results showed that the number of tourists, operating income and beneficiaries in China′s rural tourism industry increased year by year, with the increase of 425%, 375% and 213% respectively. In 2013, the number of visitors increased by 600 million compared with 2012 , with an increase of 150%. By 2015 , the number of visitors increased by 1 bil-lion, with an increase of 83%. In 2014, the increase was small, only 20%. In 2016, the number of rural tourists in China declined slightly, with a rate of 4. 5%. The number of farmers benefiting from the rural tourism industry increased by 15% from 2015. Due to the integration of rural tourism industry development, the rural industrial structure was adjusted and upgraded, and a large number of villagers participated in the village tourism construction and development. It concluded that China′s rural tourism had entered a period of rapid development, including the development of the whole industry chain model , the tourism resources integration and adjustment, and the partici-pation of all enterprises.
