我国休闲农业和乡村旅游发展现状与趋势展望

目的]我国休闲农业和乡村旅游经过近40年的发展,现已进入快速发展阶段,成为富裕农民、提升农业、美化农村的朝阳产业。文章通过梳理我国休闲农业和乡村旅游发展情况,分析未来发展趋势,研判产业发展前景。方法]主要采用文献分析法。通过查阅文献,总结我国休闲农业和乡村旅游的发展历程,揭示我国休闲农业和乡村旅游的发展现状,最终对我国休闲农业和乡村旅游的未来发展趋势进行展望。结果]目前,我国休闲农业和乡村旅游有如下的特点:(1)领导高度关注,政策密集出台;(2)市场需求旺盛,社会投资活跃;(3)发展主体多元,发展势头迅猛;(4)内涵日益丰富,类型模式多样;(5)中介服务逐步兴起,组织体系不断健全。结论]当前和未来一个时期,休闲农业和乡村旅游仍然面临着难得的发展机遇,蕴藏着巨大的发展潜力。未来休闲农业和乡村旅游将呈现出产业形态更加高级、产业贡献日益凸显、产业水平整体提升的良好态势,如保持15.5%以上增速,有望于2020年进入万亿元俱乐部。

TNE CURRENT SITUATION AND TREND OF LEISURE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL TOURISM IN CHINA

After nearly 40 years′ development, China' s leisure agriculture and rural tourism has now entered a stage of rapid development, become the sunrise industry of enrich the peasants, raise agriculture and beautify the countryside. By combing the current situation of China' s leisure agriculture and rural tourism, the future trends are analyzed and the future prospects of industry development are judged. Mainly using literature analysis. By revie-wing the literature, this paper summarizes the development course of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in China, reveals the present situation of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in China, and finally prospects the future devel-opment trend of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in China. At present, China' s leisure agriculture and rural tourism have the following characteristics:(1) leadership highly concerned about the introduction of policies;(2) strong market demand, social investment is active;(3) development of the main body, the rapid development mo-mentum;(5) intermediary services gradually rise, the organization system continues to improve. The current and future period, leisure agriculture and rural tourism is still facing a rare opportunity for development, there is a huge potential for development. The future of leisure agriculture and rural tourism will show a more advanced industrial form, the industry has become increasingly prominent contribution, the overall level of industry to enhance the good momentum. It's expected to enter the trillion yuan club in 2020 if it maintain more than 15. 1% growth rate.
