区域农业可持续发展综合评价研究——以浙江省为例

该文以可持续发展理论为指导,构建农业可持续发展综合评价指标体系,评价区域农业可持续发展的综合水平。采用熵值法、模糊数学方法选取了人口、社会、经济、资源、环境5个方面31个指标进行评价,确定指标权重。采用指数和公式计算各年度的综合指标值,评价浙江省农业可持续性发展的状况。研究结果:浙江省农业可持续发展整体水平持续提高,人口、经济、社会呈可持续发展趋势,资源子系统呈非可持续利用态势,环境子系统呈不稳定态势,人口、经济、社会、资源、环境5个子系统处于非协调发展中。

STUDIES ON COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF REGIONAL AGRICULTURE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT——TAKING ZHEJIANG PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE

This paper takes the theory of sustainable development as guideline,establishes the target system and the integrate level for comprehensively evaluating sustainable agriculture development.Thirty-one targets from 5 fields of population,society,economy,resources and environment were selected and evaluated by entropy method entropy and blurred math method,the authority weight of targets was confirmed.The value of comprehensive targets for each year was calculated by index and formulas to evaluate the status of agriculture sustainable development in Zhejiang Province.Research results show that there is a continuous improvement in the whole level of agriculture sustainable development in Zhejiang Province.Population;economy and society assume the tendency of sustainable development;subsystem of resources assumes a state of non-sustainable utilization;subsystem of environment assumes unstable posture;thus,population,economy,society,resources and environment these 5 subsystems do not develop in harmony.
