基于智慧旅游的新一代农家乐建设初探

目的]试图构建农家乐智慧旅游建设标准体系,寻求新一代农家乐的发展新思路。方法]运用SWOT分析方法,将农家乐划分为4个发展阶段,即初始发展阶段、成熟阶段、全面发展阶段及智慧旅游阶段,以其中第四阶段即智慧旅游与"美丽乡村"双重背景下诞生的新一代农家乐为研究对象,分析新一代农家乐在智慧旅游方面的现状、问题所在及其发展机遇,提出新一代农家乐智慧旅游建设思路。结果]在县域智慧旅游建设体系、生态茶园智慧旅游建设体系的基础上,构建了农家乐智慧旅游建设标准体系。结论]基于智慧旅游的新一代农家乐的升级改造,将拥有先进的服务理念和服务规范、科学的智慧旅游体系、统一管理的旅游云平台和网络营销平台,是一种完整的、全新的乡村旅游服务形式。

CONSTRUCTION OF NEW GENERATION FARM ENJOYMENT BASED ON WISDOM TOURISM

Farm enjoyment has gone through four stages of development, i.e., initial stage, mature stage, fully stage, and wisdom tourism stage. Most farm enjoyment has entered the third generation after many years of development. This paper built a standard system of farmhouse wisdom tourism construction, and explored new ideas for the development of the farm enjoyment using the SWOT method. Taking the enjoyment farm generated under the background of "beautiful country" and the wisdom tourism as the object, it analyzed the present situation, problem and development opportunity. The results showed that the farm development faced some problems such as the lack of theoretical research, no standard system, a bottleneck of e-commerce marketing platform construction, and shortage of funds. The ideas included strengthening the theoretical research, constructing the standard system, developing farm stay e-commerce marketing platform, and using TAB model and PPP model.
