我国长期高速的经济增长、耕地生态功能的退化使得我国人地关系日趋紧张，耕地可持续利用战略已成为历史的必然选择。文章通过对耕地战略实施的调控机制进行全面设计，提出保障耕地可持续利用模式和对策。

DISSCUSSION ON THE MODELINGMECHANISMS OF SUSTAINABLEUTILIZATIONOF CULTIVATED LAND

The long-term economic development at high speed and the deterioration of the ecological function of cultivated land have made the relationship between human being and land become increasingly strained in China.The strategy of sustainable utilization of cultivated land has become the necessary choice.The paper probes into the modeling mechanisms of the strategy and points out that the system of mechanism includes the plan mechanism,the market mechanism,the administrative mechanism and the institution mechanism.
