甘肃省马铃薯产业发展研究

马铃薯产业是甘肃农业和农村经济发展的支柱产业,该文通过对甘肃省马铃薯产业发展现状、存在问题的全面分析,提出了甘肃省下一步发展马铃薯产业的对策是完善良繁体系,提高脱毒种薯和良种应用率;扶持脱毒种薯原种扩繁基地建设;对脱毒马铃薯良种繁育推广实行补贴;支持马铃薯良种贮藏设施建设;建立种薯质量监测体系;加快标准化生产基地建设,提高单产水平;扶持大型龙头企业;加强产品研发;培育中介组织;创建知名品牌,实施品牌战略。

STUDIES ON POTATO INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT IN GANSU PROVINCE

Potato industry is a supporting industry for the development of agriculture and rural economy in Gansu Province.This paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of potato industry in Gansu Province,puts forward counter measures for the potato industry development in the near future,i.e.perfecting the fine breeds reproduction system,improving the applying rate of toxin free and superior potato breeds,and supporting the construction of toxin free and superior potato breeds reproduction base,providing subsidy for extending and reproducing toxin free and superior potato breeds,supporting the construction of facilities for fine potato breeds storage,establishing survey system for supervising the quality of potato breeds,promoting the building of standard production base to raise the per unit area yield level,supporting leading enterprises of large scale,strengthening product research and development,culturing agency organization,creating famous new brands and implementing strategy of quality brands.
