我国农田污染与农产品质量安全现状、问题及对策

该文分析了我国农田污染现状及其对农产品质量的危害作用和机制,指出不合理使用化肥、滥用农药、农膜大量残留、畜禽粪便、工业"三废"及污水灌溉已造成严重的农田污染,并由此导致农产品产量降低、质量下降。针对以上问题,文中提出了农田污染防治与农产品质量安全对策,包括倡导农业清洁生产的种植理念,贯彻实施《中华人民共和国农产品质量安全法》新法,加强农田环境与农产品质量安全保障体系建设,建立健全农业清洁生产操作技术规程和农业投入品安全使用制度,大力推广农田污染防治和农产品质量安全新技术。

PRESENT STATUS, EXISTING PROBLEMS AND COUNTER MEASURES OF FARMLAND POLLUTION AND QUALITY AND SAFETY OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS IN CHINA

This paper analyzes the present status of farmland pollution in China and the harmful role to the quality of agriculture products;points out that the irrational use of chemical fertilizer and pesticide,the residue of large quantity plastic cover,the waste of poultry and livestock,the "three wastes" from industry and irrigation by contaminated water have brought about serious farmland pollution,therefore,the production of agriculture products has been reduced and their quality declined.According to the above mention problems,this paper raises counter measures to prevent and cure the farmland pollution and to secure quality of agriculture products,including spark plugging the idea of clean production,carrying out < Quality Secure Law for Agriculture Products of the People's Republic of China >,strengthening the construction of security system for protecting farmland environment and safety of agriculture products,establishing and perfecting technical regulations for clean agriculture production operation and the system for safe usage of agriculture invest articles,vigorously extending new technology to control farmland pollution and secure quality and safety of agriculture products.
