农村劳动力转移对河南省农业产业结构发展的影响研究

目的]通过分析河南省农村劳动力转移对农业产业结构发展的影响,为促进河南省农村劳动力的合理转移和农业产业结构的协调发展提供参考。方法]文章采用统计数据分析法和文献分析法。搜集分析河南省农村劳动力转移相关的数据和河南省与农业产业结构的数据,探究农村劳动力转移与农业产业结构之间的关系,最终详细说明河南省劳动力转移对河南省农业产业结构发展产生的具体影响。结果]2006~2013年,河南省劳动力转移的年增长速率6.93%,在此影响下农民收入年增长率达19.98%;农作物总产量年增长率达26.69%;粮食作物和油料作物种植面积年增长率达4.76%和4.11%;棉花种植面积年减少速率达80.18%;农业播种面积年增长速率3.42‰;此外,农用机械使用率和农村人力思想素质均提升。结论]河南省农村劳动力转移对河南省农业产业结构带来了深远的影响,农村劳动力的转移致使农民收入和农业种植效益提升、农业机械化水平增高、农业种植结构趋于单一化、农业经营规模扩大及农村人力资本趋优。

THE INFLUENCE OF RURAL LABOR TRANSFER ON THE STRUCTURE OF AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY IN HENAN PROVINCE

Through analyzing the influence of rural labor transfer on the development of the structure of agricultural industry in Henan province, this paper provided a reference for promoting the rational transfer of rural labor force and the development of agricultural industrial structure in Henan province. The statistical data analysis and literature analysis were adopted to explore the relationship between rural labor transfer and agricultural industrial structure. The results showed that the transfer of labor in Henan province was annual growth rate of 6.93% from 2006~2013, and reached an annual growth rate of 19.98%under the influence of the income of the farmers; the total crop yield growth rate was 26.69%, and the grain crops and oil crops planting area reached 4.76% and 4.11%. The cotton acreage reduced by 80.18%; agricultural planting area increased by 3.42 per thousand.The agricultural machinery enhanced the ideological quality. It concluded that the labor transfer in Henan province favored the development of agricultural industrial structure, promoted agricultural planting and raising efficiency, increased the level of agricultural industrial structure, changed the agricultural planting structure, and expanded the scale of agricultural operation and rural human capital optimization.
