唐山市新型城镇化与农业产业升级互动关系研究

［目的］农业产业升级是新型城镇化发展的基础，探讨两者间的互动关系有助于发展农村经济、缩小城乡差距和解决三农问题。［方法］首先构建新型城镇化和农业产业升级指标体系，通过熵值法计算各个指标的相对重要性，确定权重大小，进而通过灰色关联法计算两者间的关系。［结果］（1）结果表明唐山市新型城镇化系统中人口城镇化的水平最高，生态城镇化的水平最低，经济和社会城镇化的发展水平介于人口和生态城镇化之间。（2）农业产业升级系统中农业经济水平在农业产业升级系统中占据重要地位，而农业合作社、附加值产值、产业组织模式和科技成果对农业产业升级的贡献程度较低。（3）唐山市新型城镇化和农业产业升级关联系数都在0700以上，说明新型城镇化和农业产业升级系统之间存在极强的互动关系。（4）人口城镇化与农业产业升级发展密切相关，经济城镇化、社会城镇化和生态城镇化与农业经济水平的关系程度最高。［结论］根据唐山市目前新型城镇化和农业产业升级的发展水平，加强农业产业升级有利于推动新型城镇化建设，完善新型城镇化建设会带动农业产业的升级发展，两者相互促进，互相补充，共同发展。

RESEARCH ON INTERACTIVE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NEW URBANIZATION AND AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY UPGRADE IN TANGSHAN CITY

The upgrade of agricultural industry is the basis of the development of new urbanization. Exploring the interaction between the two will help to develop the rural economy, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and solve the three rural issues. Firstly, a new urbanization and agricultural industrial upgrading index system was constructed. The relative importance of each index was calculated by the entropy method, the weight was determined, and the relationship between the two was calculated by the grey correlation method. The results showed that the urbanization of the new urbanization system in Tangshan had the highest level of urbanization, the lowest level of ecological urbanization, and the development level of economic and social urbanization was between population and ecological urbanization. The agricultural economic level in the agricultural industrial upgrading system played an important role in the agricultural industrial upgrading system, while the agricultural cooperatives, value added output value, industrial organization model and scientific and technological achievements contributed less to the agricultural industrial upgrading. In addition, the correlation coefficient between new urbanization and agricultural industrial upgrading in Tangshan city was above 0.700, indicating that there was a strong interaction between the new urbanization and the agricultural industrial upgrading system. The urbanization of population was closely related to the upgrading and development of agricultural industry. The relationship between economic urbanization, social urbanization and ecological urbanization was the highest. According to the current development level of new urbanization and agricultural industrial upgrading in Tangshan city, strengthening the upgrading of agricultural industry is conducive to promoting new urbanization construction, and improving the new urbanization construction will promote the upgrading and development of the agricultural industry. The two promote each other, complement each other and develop together.
