基于旅游扶贫的楚雄州乡村景观分布特征及质量评价

目的]为推动楚雄州旅游扶贫工作进程,使楚雄州贫困人口顺利脱贫,文章研究了基于扶贫的乡村景观分布特征,并对其质量进行评价。方法]采用地理信息系统(GIS)研究楚雄州基于旅游扶贫的乡村景观分布特征,采用层次分析法(AHP)计算指标权重,采用打分法选取了一定数量的游客以及专家对楚雄州五大类型乡村景观的每个指标进行打分,并通过加权法计算各类型基于扶贫的乡村景观综合评价指数,对其进行评价。结果]基于旅游扶贫的楚雄州乡村景观分布较均衡,接近于平均分布。5大类型中民俗文化型景观质量最优,其次是景区带动型、生态环境型和城镇依托型,产业融合型景观质量最差。结论]发挥楚雄州特色,大力发挥民俗文化型乡村景观在旅游扶贫中的带动作用,鉴于景区带动型乡村景观是地区乡村旅游名片,政府应持续加大对其建设力度,提升景观综合质量。由于产业融合型乡村景观具有巨大的开发潜力,楚雄州应继续保持对其开发、摸索和实践。

DISTRIBUTION AND QUALITY EVALUATION OF RURAL LANDSCAPE IN CHUXIONG PREFECTURE BASED ON TOURISM POVERTY ALLEVIATION

In order to promote the process of tourism poverty alleviation in Chuxiong prefecture and lift the poor people in Chuxiong county out of poverty, this paper studies the distribution characteristics of rural landscapes based on poverty alleviation and evaluates their quality. Geographical information system (GIS) was used to study the distribution characteristics of rural landscapes in tourism based poverty alleviation in Chuxiong prefecture. And the AHP was used to calculate index weights. Then a certain number of tourists and experts were selected by scoring to select the five types of Chuxiong prefecture. Each indicator of the rural landscape was scored, and the comprehensive evaluation index of each type of rural landscape based on poverty alleviation was calculated and evaluated by a weighted method. Based on the tourism poverty alleviation, the distribution of rural landscapes in Chuxiong prefecture was more balanced and close to the average distribution. Among the five types, the landscape quality of folk culture was the best, followed by scenic driving, ecological environment, and urban support, and the industrial integration landscape had the worst quality. To play the characteristics of Chuxiong prefecture and give full play to the role of folk cultural landscape in tourism poverty alleviation. As the scenic led rural landscape is a regional rural tourism business card, the government should continue to increase its efforts to enhance the overall landscape quality. Due to the huge development potential of industrial integrated rural landscapes, it should continue to maintain its development, exploration and practice.
