| 摘 要： | 作者介绍了农业部新农村建设工作，认为社会主义新农村建设为农业区划工作提供了发挥作用的新舞台，提出了采用战略提升方式为农业区划工作提供新的发展动力的思路，在此基础上结合2006年农业区划工作重点，谈了对当前农业区划工作的认识，分析了农业区划工作面临的形势和任务、发展战略以及工作设想，最后指出科研事业单位是开创农业区划工作新局面的重要力量。

| Abstract: | The author introduces the work of constructing new rural areas made by the Ministry of Agriculture. He believes that the construction of new rural areas has provided a new stage for agriculture regional planning work. He raises the idea of adopting strategic improving method to provide new development motivity for agriculture regional planning work. On this base, and also combining the keystone of agriculture regional planning work in 2006, he describes his understanding about the agriculture regional planning work at present. The author analyzes the situation, tasks, development strategy and tentative plan for agriculture regional planning work. Before ending, he puts forward that scientific research institutes are important forces for initiating new phases for agriculture regional planning work. |
